Warranty and Return Policy
Note: Warranties will not be honored without
original receipt of purchase.
Otter Outdoors
stands behind all of our quality products and will repair or replace
at our discretion any product found to be defective due to a
manufacturing defect within the specific product's
WARRANTY PERIOD. The manufacturers warranty does not apply to any products
that have subjected to an accident, adjustment, improper installation,
misapplication, misuse, modification, neglect, repair, including but
not limited to improper maintenance, or use of unauthorized parts or
attachments. The manufacturers warranty does not apply to floor or
display models, or "out of box" models.
Before returning any products, you
must first contact a Otter Outdoors Customer Service Representative
and obtain a
RMA (Return
Material
Authorization). To
obtain the RMA,
email
our Customer Service Department
at

Customer
Service hours are 8am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, CST.
After acquiring the
RMA, all products/parts must be
returned properly packaged
with postage / freight costs pre-prepaid,
and
original cash register receipt (if purchased from a retailer) or
invoice (if purchased directly from Otter Outdoors). Please reference
the sales order# and/or invoice # when obtaining the RMA.
