Warranty and Return Policy:
Notes: Warranties will not be honored without original receipt of purchase.  Warranties do not cover discontinued or close-out items.


Otter Outdoors stands behind all of our quality products and will repair or replace at our discretion any product  found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect within the specific product's WARRANTY PERIOD

The manufacturers warranty does not apply to any products that have been subjected to an accident, adjustment, improper installation, misapplication, misuse, modification, neglect, repair, including but not limited to improper maintenance, or use of unauthorized parts or attachments. The manufacturers warranty does not apply to floor or display models, or "out of box" models.

Before **returning any products, you must first contact our Warranty Department and obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization). 
Call 877-466-8837 or email Warranty Department .  Department  hours are 8am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, CST. After acquiring the RMA, all products/parts must be returned properly packaged with postage / freight costs pre-prepaid, and original cash register receipt (if purchased from a retailer) or invoice (if purchased directly from Otter Outdoors).  Please reference the sales order# and/or invoice # when obtaining the RMA. 

**Note:  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
