A native of Duluth, Minnesota, Ana grew up avidly fishing the waters of Northern Minnesota and Wisconsin as a young girl. Early on, she grew particularly fond of ice angling for big walleye and finesse panfish which earned her the nickname “Ana On Ice”. Now residing in her new hometown of Boise, Idaho, Ana has enjoyed exploring what the West has to offer in year round angling. Ana fishes all across the West, Midwest, and Canada and works to promote the sports rapid growing popularity among women. She’s become well known for her versatile approach and love for targeting all species, but holds a particular fondness for Lake Trout, Crappie, Walleye and those famous Cascade Lake Jumbo Perch. It’s become her personal mission to encourage more women to actively pursue the sport of fishing through opportunity, education, and empowerment.
