When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours and shipped within 72 hours. We are unable to offer same day shipping. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
All orders are shipped Standard Ground and usually arrive within one to seven business days depending on the delivery distance from Minnesota.
Otter utilizes multiple ground carriers to ensure we are able to ship most economically. Carriers include; USPS, SpeeDee, UPS, FEDX and multiple LTL carriers depending on destination region.
We strive to fill every order in its entirety. However, in the event an item is not available at the time of shipment it will automatically be canceled from your order and you will be notified by email. You will not be charged for the canceled item(s). If you still wish to order the item(s) you must reorder. Check the website Otteroutdoors.com for product availability.
We do not ship product internationally direct to consumers. We do however have multiple Distributors and Dealers in Canada, Sweden, Finland and Russia. Check our dealer locator form more information.
Alaska and Hawaii
We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however due to the additional freight requirements these orders cannot be processed online. To inquire about an order to these destinations please click the Contact Us tab.
Will Call Orders
Otter does allow Will Call Orders. These orders cannot be processed online. If you would like to place a Will Call order please Contact Otter Customer Service at 877-466-8837. Will Call Orders are subject to a 2 day pick-up window agreed upon at the time of order placement. Failure to pick up the order within the agreed upon window will result in additional handling fee’s added to the order total. Fees are assessed at 10% of order total and compound per day. Will call orders must be paid and processed the day the order is placed.
Online purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Product Returns due to any other reason beyond approved warranty will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. A Restock Fee is assessed at the sale value of the item(s) returned and will be deducted from the credit. Return freight expense is the responsibility of the consumer. Returned product must be in saleable condition including packaging. Opened items cannot be returned for credit. Clothing items being returned must be unworn and unwashed with original tags. If a product is deemed unsaleable the return shipment will be rejected as a return to sender or destroyed without credit.
RMA Authorization is required for any return for any reason. RMA number should be clearly a legibly printed on the top or side of the return packaging (i.e. RMA #123456). To procure an authorized RMA claim number click the Return Authorization Form Link below.
To acquire an approved Return Authorization Number please completely fill out the information below and submit. Your claim form, image uploads, and original sales receipt will be reviewed within 48 hours on normal business days and a customer service representative will contact you with further instructions.
Canceling or Changing an Order
Due to the automated nature of our fulfillment system, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been submitted.
Once the authorized return is received, inspected and accepted by our receiving department (usually within 3 to 5 business days), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or PayPal account within 7 days. Please note, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
