Thank you for placing an order with Otter Outdoors. The status of your order is updated regularly at otteroutdoors.com. The order status represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse.
To find your order status, visit the Orders page of the “My Account” section. Here you will find detailed information about current and past orders. Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be displayed when available.
Within 24 hrs of your order being submitted, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact Otter Customer Service.
Canceling or Changing an Order
Due to the automated nature of our fulfillment system, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been submitted.
