At Otter, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied we are happy to assist you with a return.
Online Purchases must be returned within 60 days of purchase and must be new, unused, saleable condition and contain all original packaging and accessories. If product is deemed unsaleable the return shipment will be rejected as a return to sender.
Returns for any other reason beyond approved warranty claim will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for the return freight expense.
Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) is required for any return for any reason. RMA number should be clearly and legibly printed on the top or side of the return packaging (i.e. RMA #123456). We are not be responsible for unapproved returns, even if we sign for the items with the carrier. All packages returned without an RMA number clearly visible will be destroyed.
